Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

This policy explains how Flairox Ltd (“Flairox”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit flairox.com. We are the controller of that data. If you have any questions, email us at taimoor@flairox.com.

What we collect

  • Details you give us. When you sign up for our newsletter or download a guide, we collect your email address and, where you give it, your name, plus which form you used, which guide you asked for and the page you were on.
  • Calls you book. “Book a call” takes you to Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. We receive those details to prepare for and hold the call.
  • How you use the site. With your consent where the law requires it, analytics and advertising tools record the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, and an approximate location.
  • Visitor identification. With your consent where the law requires it, we use Factors.ai and RB2B, which may match your visit to the company you work for and, for some visitors in the United States, to a business profile such as a LinkedIn page.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

  • To send you the guide you asked for and the emails you signed up for.
  • To follow up personally about how we could help your business. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To prepare for and hold calls you book with us.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
  • To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

Under UK and EU data protection law, we rely on your consent for analytics, advertising and visitor-identification cookies, and for marketing emails where consent is required. Otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, which we balance against your rights.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use these tools on the site:

  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads: site analytics and ad measurement. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Factors.ai: analytics and company identification. See Factors.ai’s privacy policy.
  • RB2B: website visitor identification. See RB2B’s privacy policy.
  • Our own browser storage: remembers your cookie choice and whether you’ve seen our pop-ups. It doesn’t identify you.

If you visit from the UK, the EU or Switzerland, analytics, advertising and visitor-identification cookies stay off until you click “Accept” on our cookie notice. Until then, Google receives only cookieless signals without identifiers, and Factors.ai and RB2B don’t load. Clicking “Decline” keeps them off. Elsewhere these tools run by default, and clicking “Decline” turns them off on later pages. You can change your choice at any time:

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the site and our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Vercel, which hosts the site.
  • BaseHub, which stores our content and the sign-ups from our forms.
  • Calendly, for booking calls.
  • Google, Factors.ai and RB2B, for the analytics, advertising and visitor identification described above.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or with a buyer if our business is sold.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States and other countries outside the UK and EU. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK-US Data Bridge.

How long we keep it

We keep sign-up details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to follow up with you. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each tool.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can always opt out of marketing emails. To make a request, email taimoor@flairox.com.

If you’re in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. In the EU, you can contact your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if we change how we use personal data, and change the date at the top.
