Creative Associate
Role Description
As our Creative Associate, you’ll design compelling multimedia content for both our brand and our clients’ digital channels. You’ll design social media posts, product visuals, ad materials, and marketing videos that resonate with diverse target audiences. The role spans primarily static and occasionally video content, with a focus on crafting visuals that connect with our audience. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you’ll transform creative concepts into polished multimedia content while maintaining consistent branding standards.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media platforms particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develop Amazon product graphics, including listing images, A+ content, storefront visuals, and static advertisements.
- Work closely with brand managers to understand branding objectives and deliver content that aligns with the client’s vision.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure all designs meet technical requirements and are optimized for target platforms and devices.
- Create visually consistent and brand-compliant content across all projects.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality, polished work.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Stay up to date with current design principles and best practices.
Requirements
- Sound experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good experience in designing social media posts and product images for marketing purposes.
- Strong creativity and a passion for design innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Good understanding of collaborative design tools – Figma, Canva.
- Time management and the ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A portfolio with at least 1+ design project(s) or design samples showcasing your experience.
- Basic knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (preferred but not mandatory).
