Brand Manager
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication.
- Deeply understand client objectives, brand positioning, and target audience.
Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive growth strategies using market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Translate client goals into actionable strategies for internal teams.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and Amazon marketing strategy to drive awareness and sales.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and manage a team of specialists responsible for brand operations.
- Set clear performance goals and offer continuous feedback and mentorship.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, and sales data to evaluate brand progress.
- Identify issues, risks, and opportunities; propose timely solutions and improvements.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare regular reports and presentations with insights and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon marketplace trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and experience managing brands on the platform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing/analytics tools.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Amazon-specific metrics and tools such as BSR, Buy Box, ASIN, Helium 10, or Keepa.
- Experience in managing Amazon marketing strategies, including Sponsored Ads and brand stores.
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels and e-commerce growth strategies.
- Prior experience in agency or fast-paced startup environments.
