Amazon Account Analyst
Responsibilities
- Account Monitoring and Health:
- Regularly check the Amazon Account Health Rating (AHR) and take necessary actions to maintain or improve it.
- Monitor and manage inventory performance including the Inventory Performance Index (IPI) to ensure optimal stock levels and health.
- Shipments and Inventory Management:
- Create and manage shipments to Amazon warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate inventory replenishment.
- Address and resolve any issues related to stranded inventory or stock discrepancies.
- Case Management:
- Open, monitor, and resolve cases through Amazon Seller Central, ensuring timely responses to any issues or inquiries.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with Amazon support to resolve cases favorably and promptly.
- Listing Management:
- Create and update product listings on Amazon to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s policies.
- Optimize listings for maximum visibility and conversion using SEO best practices and Amazon’s guidelines.
- Data Entry and Report Management:
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure all account information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate and update internal advertising and performance reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing accounts on Amazon Seller Central.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s operational standards and account management tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently.
Preferred Skills
- Completion of relevant Amazon courses, including Amazon’s own training programs.
- Experience with Amazon case handling, shipment creation, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of SEO practices related to Amazon listings.
